The London Nationals are excited to announce the signing of 17-year-old centre Ian Nurton, joining the squad from the Grey-Bruce Highlanders U18 AAA program.
Nurton (born January 2, 2008, in Owen Sound, ON) is a 5’5″, 130-lb right-shot forward who recorded 18 points (7 goals, 11 assists) across 32 games in the 2024–25 season—demonstrating solid offensive instincts at the U18 level.
He was selected in the 14th round (269th overall) of the 2024 OHL Priority Selection by the Owen Sound Attack, highlighting his strong potential at the next level.
